President's & Chairman's Cup Rules (2009/2010)
- All matches played to be subject to League Rules, except as follows.
- Teams shall consist of three players.
- President's Cup matches shall consist of nine singles, each best of five games with scoring as 11-up.
- Chairman's Cup matches shall consist of nine singles, each best of three games and run on a handicap basis with scoring as 21-up.
- Whilst entry is free, the draw will only be made from teams notifying in writing their wish to be included.
- A club having more than one team registered with the league may not enter more than a similar number of teams in these competitions. No player may represent a team from round two onwards unless that player has represented that team in a minimum of three league matches or 50% of league matches, whichever is the greater. Players of a lower standard than the regular team are the exception. A player may play for only one club and one team in each cup competition, except by prior permission of the Committee.
- The venue for the final shall be arranged by the Committee.
- Teams failing to fulfil their cup fixtures are liable to a fine of £2.00 per event.
